Tyrrells Financial Services Limited was incorporated in February 1989 by the founder and current Managing Director, Peter Easton. The company was formed with the intention of providing financial services exclusively to the corporate market, with the emphasis on the provision of company pension schemes.
Several of our then clients expressed a wish 'if only you did commercial insurance' and in October 1989 Tyrrells Financial Services (General) Limited was incorporated to handle all forms of commercial and personal lines insurance. And, in addition, under the trading style of Tyrrells Medi-Care, to offer Private Medical Insurance.
Tyrrells purports to be the 'one stop shop' for financial advice and services, and for most of our small to medium sized clients this tends to be the case.
Tyrrells trade from their own property in Sutton, comprising approximately 2,000 square feet of office space. Tyrrells currently employs 10 staff who are dedicated to providing a professional service.
With an individual client base in excess of 6,000, it is important that Tyrrells embraces the latest technology and takes advantage of web based processing and that we try to be one step, or even two steps, in front of our competitors!
Our corporate clients run from 2 employees, to large well known plc's, employing hundreds of people. We are comfortable working at both ends of the spectrum.
Although our business is mainly corporate, at the end of the day, we are dealing with individuals and hence a great deal of time is spent on a personal basis with investment advice and the like.
